As a customer I will deal personally with you. ClassicVolvo.com is a one man firm so all contact goes through me. E-mail is the main connector but feel free to call or text my cell phone at any hour you prefer. If off or no answer, leave message or come back again. Please notice that local time is one hour plus GMT. If you want to visit me to examine cars and pick up parts, please (you must!) book a time via e-mail or phone first!
If you come to pick up an automobile or parts we can offer you room in our own Bed and Breakfast.
All prices stated on this web site is in Swedish kronor (SEK). Click HERE for currency conversion. Iam always open to discuss prices in another currency. I am very familiar with Dollars, Euros and GB Pounds.
I am also always open to discussing the price, especially on items that do not get sold or parts in larger quantities. I feels better to sell at a lower price for someone to use then to keep things dormant on the shelf.
How to order? If you find something of interest, please send me an e-mail and state your interest (article number), your name, address and e-mail. I will communicate back around condition, price, shipping, returns and so on. We close the deal via this conversation.
Shipping: I usually ship with the Swedish Post Office. They use air freight all around the world. They are reliable and fast but, unfortunately, a bit expensive. The best way, for me, to get your hands on your goods is of course to pick up in person, in Järna.
How to pay? Parts are generally paid before shipping. I need to see the sum on one of my or my associates account before I dispatch. Within the EU you easily transfer the agreed sum to an account. For many clients outside of the EU a bank transfer is still possible. If not I can use Paypal.com to transfer funds. Paypal is easy to use and many, Americans especially, are familiar with it. Sometimes other means of payment can be used.
Returns: If you are unsatisfied with the goods you have purchased you always have the right to return it within reasonable time. Please contact me if you are unsatisfied and I will do my outmost to solve the problem. My business stands and falls with satisfied customers! If we cannot solve things in any other way (in 99% of all cases I can) you may return your shipment and you will be repaid everything but the freight costs (unless I am totally to blame, eg. packing the wrong item – then you will be paid everything!) Return shipments from you can never be accompanied by charges of any kind on its arrival here.
